I liked the fact I could set an appointment right away with no hassle. But what really made me give Irvin a 5 star rating was how informing he was and the fact he wasn’t trying to get over on me. Somebody else told me I had a transmission problem, which wasn’t the case. Irvin let me know the problem right away, and handled it. I appreciated the good costumer service and overall him letting me know certain things.
